Hasu Behavioural Health is a Canadian company which operates Hasu eCounselling™, an online platform that connects Canadians struggling with mental health issues and substance use disorders with online therapists quickly and at half the cost of traditional face-to-face counselling. Using secure video, phone or text counselling, individuals and family members directly impacted by these issues can get the help they need within 24 hours, affordably.
Hasu offers a weekly online Caduceus group for health professionals in Ontario (nurses, doctors, paramedics or dentists) who are registered with the OMA Physician Health Program (PHP), Nurses’ Health Program (NHP) or mandated to attend a group by their College. Confidential, secure group counselling is provided on a laptop or a smartphone anywhere in Canada or abroad. The group is ideal for health professionals in rural Ontario.
Caduceus provides support for substance use disorders, mental health issues as well as other behaviours that have a personal and professional impact. It is provided through the use of confidential and PHIPA compliant video conferencing.* Individual sessions are also available. If requested, Hasu can provide compliance reports to a PHP program or a College.
The online group is facilitated by an experienced addiction specialist registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Greg Rennie, BSW, RP is the CEO and Clinical Director of Hasu Behavioural Health and has worked at accredited addiction facilities for over 15 years including facilitating a Caduceus group at Bellwood Health Services.
At Hasu Behavioural Health, we see great benefit in sharing the challenges of early recovery with peers who understand the impact such challenges have in healthcare practices. The goal of the online Caduceus group is to help the individual integrate back into their career and improve their mental wellness.
Cost: $150.00 (plus HST) per month. To refer or for more information, contact Greg Rennie at email@example.com or call us at 1.844.69.4278 ext.101.
