"I often feel overwhelmed in the moment and texting my thoughts to someone is a major release to calm me. Having my therapist text me with great ideas of how to manage stress has helped tremendously. Hasu has a very special place in my heart. It helped me become me again when I felt like I was drowning.”

Quotes

"Hasu has been such a heaven-sent service for me and my therapist has provided such immensely important and powerful support over the past year and a half. I'd love to be able to share that if it's helpful in encouraging other folks to reach out and find a service that is right for them. I could go on and on.”

Get Sober

Are you or someone you know struggling with substance abuse? Three indicators that you may have a problem include a loss of control, preoccupation with using and continuing use despite experiencing serious negative consequences. Hasu eCounselling ™ addiction specialists are certified and experienced in helping clients get sober.

Stay Sober

It is imperative that when individuals complete an addiction treatment program, they continue to receive counselling to prevent relapse. Hasu eCounselling ™ offers an online aftercare group for those who have completed a treatment program.

"A new company called Hasu has pushed the telehealth envelope by providing a platform for addiction counselling. Persons suffering from drug, gambling or sexual addictions can see a counsellor online, at their convenience."

Greg Rennie
Greg Rennie, CEO | Clinical Director
BSW, RP

Hasu was launched in 2015 by Greg Rennie, an addiction specialist and a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

Seeing the gaps in mental health support firsthand, Greg developed Hasu to address the barriers of long waitlists, accessibility and transportation – things he believed should not be issues when seeking and getting help. Greg has personally vetted every therapist on the Hasu Provider Network to ensure that clients receive the highest quality therapy – confidentially, conveniently and affordably.
